The room was spacious, well-equipped with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and an LCD TV.

Cleanness, easy access with shuttle, beautiful view from the window which is not so common among airport hotels.

we loved sleeping 2 nights in this hotel. the venue was clean and the staff were attentive. the breakfast was solid and satisfactory, the choice of scrambled eggs, bread and bacon. the top-notch service and the attention to detail!

You are far awy from the main road, not easy to find if I supposed to arrive at night time.

The driving directions to the hotel were bad. The directions routed us on state roads without providing alternate route info if interstate route was preferred. Also, the final two directions listed were incorrect, which made it difficult to locate the hotel.

The room here was a good size and had everything I needed. the breakfast options were great; they had fresh bread, bacon, and yummy scrambled eggs. 🍳

The rooms are immaculate and fantastic here with king bed, nice facilities plus LCD TV.

The location was perfect - just a short walk to the restaurant Padella, Dulles International Airport, and downtown. We enjoyed our double room with a king-size bed. the breakfast offered a variety of options including breads, bacon, and scrambled eggs.

I was impressed by the shuttle service. They were responsive to my need to shop in a local shopping center. Very courteous and helpful.

The service for printing boarding passes in the lobby did not allow for sas airlines.

The staff went out of their way to make me feel important and satisfied. One gentleman in particular was especially attentive. He was a tall African American man with a deep voice and he could not have been more friendly and professional. I'm sorry that I don't remember his name so that he could be recognized but he called me by my first name each time that I walked through the lobby. Westin is fortunate to have this man as an employee.

My only critique would be the "Do Not Disturb" sign was missing from my room. This caused continuous door knocking from the housekeeping staff wanting to know if I was gone.

The staff was fabulously helpful and very friendly. the double room had a great view. - the location was comfortable, located in a green area not far from the airport.

Shuttle to the airport and to some other places (museum,...) at fixed hours

I did not like that the pool was already closed when we arrived ; I did not like to wait an hour at the museum because they did not order the taxi as previously agreed

Outstanding food served, like scrambled eggs, slices of fresh bread, and bacon. Huge & spotless unit for additional water.
